Booking enquiries should be made by telephoning or faxing 01908 262 335.  Provisional bookings will be held for 10 days whilst you make travel arrangements with the Airline of your choice.

When early bookings are made, it will invariably not be possible to confirm flight details as airline schedules are not set until Spring each year.  In this case your 20% deposit will secure your booking as flight reservations should not be a problem once schedules are available.

A non-returnable deposit of 20% will be required and cheques should be made payable to R Longuehaye.  Full payment of the Villa rental will be required 8 weeks in advance of your departure date.

When advising your flight details you should indicate your requirements in respect of car hire which will be charged at local rates (approx. £18 - 30 per day) plus insurance + VAT.  Settlement of this account is to be made locally with the car hire representative.  Payment by personal cheque will suffice.

When confirming your booking, it is essential you advise us of your flight number, departure airport and approximate arrival time, this will enable us to ensure you are welcomed by our local representative who will accompany you to The Lodge.  Depending on car hire arrangements and numbers of people travelling, it may be necessary that in addition to the hire car, a taxi may be required to transfer you to the Villa and an approximate charge of £20.00 may need to be levied depending on luggage and space required for transportation.

Note - It is not necessary to exchange to local currency in the UK as sterling is eagerly accepted in Northern Cyprus and local exchange rates are better than you may expect from a UK bank.

Should you wish to have the security of holiday insurance, we recommend you make provision for this when booking your airline tickets.

A complimentary food pack will be provided for your arrival and for your first day’s breakfast.  Local shops are open 7 days per week.

It is preferred that bookings are made on the basis of Sunday travelling, however, this is not always essential.  Where a booking may overlap by the odd day due to Saturday flights being preferred, arrangements can be made for a one night stay-over in a local hotel at very reasonable rates. These details can be finalised at the time of booking your flights.
